Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Well Testing Senior Operator to lead our field operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of surface well testing equipment, ensuring high-quality data collection and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Field Operations: Supervise the rig-up, rig-down, and operation of all surface well testing equipment (Separators, Choke Manifolds, Surge Tanks, etc.).
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform and oversee onsite inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure 100% operational readiness.
- Data Management: Accurate recording of pressure, temperature, and flow rate data. Ensure all shift reports are detailed and submitted on time.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or operational issues under high-pressure environments.
- Sampling & Analysis: Collect and analyze pressurized and atmospheric fluid samples (Oil/Gas/Water).
- Safety Leadership: Enforce HSE standards on-site, conducting Tool Box Talks (TBT) and ensuring all operations comply with H_2S and pressure safety regulations.
- Mentorship: Guide and train junior operators and assistants on-site to improve team performance.
Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Well Testing operations.
Graduated from Technical Colleage (Mechanical/Petroleum background preferred).
Language: Very Good command of English (Reporting and communication).
