Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai for a Welfare Officer.
The Welfare Officer will be responsible for overseeing employee well-being, providing training and resources, and coordinating support services.
Responsibilities
include conducting interviews, assisting with recruitment, addressing employee concerns, managing social service initiatives, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
The role plays a vital part in promoting the welfare and engagement of all employees within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Welfare and Social Services, ensuring the well-being and support of employees
- Proficiency in Training and resource management to enhance team development
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting to identify and onboard suitable talent effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under professional guidelines
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and workplace compliance standards
- Experience in facilities management or similar industries is an advantage
- Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- UAE Driving license must.
