Contract, remote Welding Inspector role supporting project inspections and surveillance.

Responsibilities
- Perform remote welding inspections and surveillance against project specifications, international codes, and client requirements.
- Review welding procedures, qualification records, and material certificates.
- Monitor welding operations remotely or through documented evidence and verify approved processes and inspection plans.
- Evaluate weld quality through visual inspection and review NDT reports.
- Prepare inspection records and issue timely reports through ENSPEK Digital or client systems.
- Work with QA/QC personnel, suppliers, and EPC stakeholders to resolve nonconformities and support corrective actions.
- Maintain traceable documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in welding inspection, processes, weld defects, acceptance criteria, and relevant codes such as AWS, ASME, and ISO.
- Experience reviewing and validating WPS, PQR, and WPQ records.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, material specifications, and inspection test plans.
- Knowledge of NDT methods and ability to interpret reports, including VT, MT, PT, UT, and RT, in coordination with certified NDT personnel.
- Competence in remote inspection, digital documentation, and inspection management platforms or similar tools.
- Strong report writing, documentation, and communication skills.
