Ashra Technology is hiring a welder for welding and fabrication work in factory and site environments.

Key responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding to join metal parts.
- Carry out arc welding for steel structure fabrication in factory and site environments.
- Inspect welded surfaces for defects and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Maintain safety and quality standards in welding activities.
- Work with fabricators, welders, and site engineers on project execution.
- Participate in project planning and fabrication strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the same field; welder experience of two years is specified as required.
- Two years of fabrication experience is specified as required.
- SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3G welding qualification is required; ITI or NCVT certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and precision; ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills and physical fitness for manual work.
Pay
- The posting lists AED 1,000–1,800 per month.

- Work location is in person; duties take place in factory and site environments.
