Responsibilities:

  • · Understand and follow all safety procedures.
  • · Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • · Weld and document production of products.
  • · Ability to Read and interpret blueprints and machine drawings to determine specific welding requirements.
  • · Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead positions.
  • · Be able to move parts in and move finished product out of welding area.
  • · Perform quality checks on finished goods to ensure products meet all specifications.
  • · Complete all required documentation that relate to product produced.
  • · Document and report raw material consumption for all finished product.
  • · Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel. Provide the data necessary to help properly disposition nonconforming material.
  • · Ensure all operations conform to our ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Job Requirements:

  • · High school diploma or GED.
  • · ASME Code welding certification preferred.
  • · Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as a welder.
  • · Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
  • · Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
  • · Ability to use various measuring instruments.
  • · Ability to perform basic math functions.
