Weekend Support Worker
Role Overview
We are looking for hard-working, positive, and proactive individuals and in return we will offer you:
A very competitive hourly rate of £12.80 per hour with a fixed weekend Rota.
Double pay for Bank Holidays and Triple pay for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year's.
Paid mileage
Paid travel time
28 days paid annual leave (pro rata).
Free DBS, uniform, and PPE.
Local office and on-call support 7 days a week.
Full training provided on induction and throughout your career with us.

- Have a valid Driving Licence and own a car

As a vital member of our team, you will empower individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing essential personal care with dignity and respect.
Assisting with meal planning, preparation, cooking, and serving.
Supporting with light household duties to maintain a comfortable environment.
Administering or prompting medication as required.
Offering meaningful companionship and engaging in social activities.
Caring for pets, ensuring their well-being.
Facilitating attendance at appointments and assisting with shopping.
