Stone Oak Care Center is seeking a Week​end Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team and uphold exceptional standards of care in our skilled nursing facility.

• Lead and support the nursing team during weekend shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality care.
• Serve as the clinical and leadership resource for staff, residents, and families.
• Oversee staffing, workflow, and compliance in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of compassion and excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain continuity of care and operational success.

• Current and valid Texas RN license or RN license from a Compact Party State .
• Minimum 2 years of charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience .
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide, coach, and support teams.
