Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end wedding planning and event management
- Manage client consultations, proposals, and budgeting
- Oversee event timelines, logistics, and on-site execution
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, designers, and suppliers
- Ensure exceptional client experience and satisfaction
- Supervise and mentor junior planners and coordinators
- Handle multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Maintain quality standards for luxury and high-profile weddings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in wedding planning, event management, or hospitality
- Proven experience managing large-scale or luxury events
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with UAE event industry/vendors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
