The Job

Educational Qualification

• Postgraduate qualification is required.
• A hospitality background is preferred.

Work Experience

• At least 8 years of experience in the weddings, live entertainment, or hospitality industry managing social events.

Job Responsibilities

• Apply an understanding of luxury and strong Indian and international aesthetics to weddings and events.
• Use in-depth knowledge of the weddings and social events industry and current Indian and global wedding trends.
• Maintain close attention to detail during planning and execution and meet or exceed client requirements.
• Lead a team of 10 or more planners, designers, and production crew members.
• Expand and develop client and vendor databases through professional networks.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Plan and execute every wedding stage from business development, pitching, budgeting, and closure through planning, design, and production.
• Act as brand custodian and build social media platforms and public relations links.
• Build, manage, and retain high-performing teams.
