Acts as liaison between clients, the internal creative team, and developers.
Coordinates website work from client brief through quality review and delivery, aiming for polished websites delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first client contact for website projects; gather briefs and understand business objectives.
- Translate client requirements into actionable developer briefs and offer creative or strategic input when needed.
- Manage timelines, expectations, and communications; coordinate developer tasks.
- Review completed work for accuracy, functionality, and design consistency.
- Deliver final websites or updates and maintain project documentation and communication logs.
Required skills and qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organization and time management.
- An eye for design and understanding of user-friendly web experiences.
- Translate non-technical client input into clear developer instructions.
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred and helpful skills
- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other website platforms is preferred.
- Basic web development understanding is helpful; coding is not required.
- Experience with project coordination, account management, or similar digital or creative agency work is preferred; experience collaborating with designers and developers is preferred.
- Listed preferred experience: 1 year in web development and 2 years in project coordination.
Pay
- AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
