MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in website design and development within a marketing function. Excellent SEO management skills. Experience with GA4 and data-driven analytics and reporting tools. Experience with enterprise-level digital experience platforms (DXPs), such as Optimizely, Sitecore, or similar platforms. Proven track record of successfully managing global website properties. Strong understanding of web design and user experience best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize projects and resources to meet business needs. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. HIGHLY BENEFICIAL SKILLS Experience providing cross-functional leadership for infrastructure planning. SharePoint experience is a plus. Experience working within a global organization and collaborating across international teams.
