Website DesignerPosition Summary
We are seeking a creative and passionate Website Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a Graphic Design graduate with a strong interest in website design, user experience, and digital branding.
She should be capable of transforming ideas into attractive, user-friendly, and modern websites that deliver an excellent customer experience.
This role requires both creative design skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in both Arabic and English.
Website Design
- Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing websites.
- Create website layouts, landing pages, and user interface designs.
- Design websites that provide an excellent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Ensure consistency in branding, colors, typography, and visual elements.
- Improve the visual appearance and usability of existing websites.
User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI)
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive user journeys and navigation structures.
- Focus on simplicity, clarity, and ease of use.
- Apply UX best practices to improve customer engagement and conversions.
Graphic Design
- Design banners, promotional graphics, icons, and website assets.
- Create marketing visuals for websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Prepare graphics optimized for web performance and responsiveness.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms.
Client Communication
- Communicate with clients in Arabic and English to understand their requirements and design preferences.
- Present design concepts and explain design decisions.
- Gather feedback and incorporate revisions as required.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients and internal teams.
Collaboration
- Work closely with developers and project managers.
- Participate in project planning and design discussions.
- Ensure designs are properly handed over for implementation.
- Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Strong passion for website design and digital experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating website design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience designing business websites, e-commerce websites, or web applications.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with website builders and content management systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience creating design systems and reusable components.
