In this role you will own the quality, depth, and growth of Trendy Career's Web3 job board — from curation standards and employer relationships to how listings are structured, priced, and presented to a crypto-native audience.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of Web3 job listings on the platform: sourcing, vetting, structuring, enriching, and publishing
Develop and enforce curation standards for Web3 listings — legitimacy signals, role accuracy, compensation transparency, and project quality indicators
Build and manage direct relationships with Web3 employers: protocols, exchanges, DAOs, Web3-native companies, and traditional firms hiring into crypto roles in UAE/GCC
Research and identify Web3 companies expanding into the UAE market before they begin active hiring — get in early
Develop enriched listing formats specific to Web3: on-chain context about the employer, token/equity compensation structures, remote vs. on-site norms, and role-specific technical requirements written accurately
Monitor competitor platforms (Crypto Jobs List, Web3 Career, Indeed crypto vertical, LinkedIn) for gaps Trendy Career can exploit
Build a systematic approach to employer acquisition: outreach, pricing tiers, listing packages, and renewal
Maintain a live employer landscape database for UAE/GCC Web3: who is hiring, in which functions, at what seniority, and with what compensation structures
Non-negotiable
Active, multi-network on-chain presence — verifiable wallet history across protocols will be reviewed during the process; this is not a preference, it is a baseline
The ability to look at a Web3 job listing and immediately identify whether it is accurate, credible, and well-constructed — because you have been on the candidate side of this market as a practitioner
Direct familiarity with the range of roles that exist in Web3 — not just developers; protocol researchers, tokenomics leads, DeFi risk managers, on-chain analysts, community leads, BD — and what each actually requires
Strong written English — fluent and professional; you will be writing enriched job descriptions, employer communications, and platform content that a crypto-native audience will judge harshly if it is vague or inaccurate
Commercial instinct: this role has a revenue component; you need to be comfortable owning employer relationships and contributing to the platform's monetisation
4+ years of professional experience; Web3 has been a sustained, active part of your life for at least 2–3 years
Based in Dubai or fully committed to relocating from GCC — Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Riyadh, Bahrain, or Kuwait
Strong advantage:
Prior experience in talent, recruiting, or job board operations — in Web3 or adjacent sectors
Existing relationships with Web3 employers or hiring managers in UAE/GCC
Familiarity with how token compensation, vesting structures, and DAO contributor payments are structured in practice — not in theory
What We Offer
Base salary: AED 420,000 – 650,000 per year (approx.
USD 114,000 – 177,000)
Performance bonus tied to employer acquisition, listing volume, and board revenue growth
Total annual compensation target: AED 540,000 – 820,000+
