Overview
We are working with a a leading Web3 security company that has secured 1500+ protocols across 25+ chains.
The company work with protocols, ecosystems, DeFi teams, RWA projects, stablecoin companies, L2s, infra teams, and companies building with smart contracts across Solidity, Rust, Move, and other blockchain environments.
They are evolving from a smart contract audit firm into a full lifecycle Web3 security partner.
The security stack includes:
Protocol Surface Pentesting
Multisig / Admin / Governance / OpSec Review
Continuous Monitoring
We are now hiring an EIR, Productized Growth to help turn QuillAudits credibility, services, case studies, and founder insight into a repeatable inbound revenue engine.
Role Overview
This is an execution heavy founder’s office role for someone who can pick up messy business problems, identify what is broken, fix the system, track progress, and improve revenue outcomes.
The mission is simple:
Turn the company from a founder-led services business into a sharper, productized, inbound driven Web3 security company.
You will work directly with the founder to improve positioning, inbound conversion, case studies, content systems, service packaging, sales assets, AI workflows, and growth experiments.
What You Will Own
Productize multi layer security stack into clear, easy to understand offers.
Improve how the company explains its services to founders, CTOs, ecosystems, and technical buyers.
Improve inbound lead conversion from website, content, social, referrals, and events.
Build better case studies that convert trust into pipeline.
Improve sales assets, landing pages, decks, proposal structure, follow up flows, and founder call prep.
Turn founder insights into high trust content for LinkedIn, X, blogs, case studies, and sales enablement.
Run weekly growth experiments with clear metrics.
Use AI tools to improve internal workflows, research, content creation, CRM hygiene, proposal drafts, customer pain analysis, and execution tracking.
Identify bottlenecks across departments and fix them without waiting for perfect instructions.
Help the BD, sales, audit, and founder teams operate with more clarity and speed.
Who We Are Looking For
Best fit profiles:
Ex founder who has built, sold, failed, learned, and still wants to do something big.
Ex product manager or CPO from a startup environment.
Founder’s office operator with strong product and growth thinking.
Technical product marketer from security, devtools, AI, infra, or Web3.
Growth operator who understands positioning, funnels, analytics, and AI tools.
Startup operator who can move from strategy to execution without drama.
Someone who has strong taste in content, product packaging, positioning, and conversion.
Must Have
Strong product thinking.
Strong writing and communication.
Technical curiosity.
Understanding of Web3, security, AI, devtools, or technical B2B markets.
Ability to use AI tools deeply, not just casually.
Ability to work directly with founders in a fast moving environment.
Strong execution tracking.
Ability to convert vague problems into clear systems.
Strong sense of positioning, customer psychology, and revenue.
High agency, low ego, high ownership.
Bonus Points
Built or scaled a startup before.
Worked in Web3, security, devtools, AI, or technical B2B SaaS.
Strong personal LinkedIn or X presence.
Experience
improving inbound funnels.
Experience
building case studies, sales assets, or productized service offers.
Experience
using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Airtable, Linear, analytics tools, and automation workflows.
Experience
working with founders directly.

Qualified inbound revenue influenced.

Number of case studies shipped.
