Job Description

We are looking for a Web Developer to develop, enhance, support, and maintain modern web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience. This position will be Full-time, Hybrid -Bengaluru.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces

Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and integration services

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across front-end and backend components

Support application testing, deployments, and production releases

Perform application support, maintenance, and enhancements across the solution stack

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Support CI/CD processes and ensure smooth code deployments

Monitor and maintain application performance, reliability, and availability

Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge articles

Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements for application stability and performance

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure business solutions

What You'll Need

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 6-8 years of software development experience

Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Experience with modern React frameworks, libraries, and development tools

Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns

Experience with source control tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes

Knowledge of backend development concepts and database technologies

Experience supporting and maintaining production applications

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Experience interacting with global stakeholders and distributed teams

Preferred:

Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and SharePoint

Experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies

.NET development experience is highly preferred

Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment

Experience working in enterprise-scale application environments

Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools

Exposure to application security best practices and performance optimization

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
