  • We are seeking an experienced and creative Web Designer Manager to lead our web design team and oversee the development of engaging, user-friendly, and visually impactful websites.
  • The ideal candidate will drive design strategy, ensure design excellence, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web designers and UX/UI professionals
  • Develop and implement web design strategies aligned with business and brand objectives
  • Oversee the design of responsive websites, landing pages, and digital experiences across multiple platforms
  • Create and review wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality web projects
  • Ensure designs adhere to usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices
  • Maintain consistency across websites, digital assets, and brand guidelines
  • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Monitor web design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • Manage project timelines, resources, priorities, and design deliverables
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI design, or digital design roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing website design, responsive design, and user experience projects
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design methodologies
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts is a plus
  • Excellent creativity, visual communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
