Responsibilities
- Design responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create wireframes, layouts, UI designs, mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop intuitive interfaces focused on UX and usability.
- Convert design concepts into responsive pages using HTML and CSS.
- Maintain brand-consistent designs and work with developers on accurate implementation.
- Design landing pages, product pages, marketing pages, and other digital assets.
- Improve existing sites with UI, layout, and responsive enhancements.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent experiences across devices.
- Follow current design practices, accessibility principles, and performance considerations.
- Work on WordPress sites, including theme customization, page builders, and content updates.
- Keep up with design tools and trends, including AI-powered workflows.
Required skills and experience
- At least 1 year of professional web design experience.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and responsive web design.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or other modern design tools.
- Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; understanding of responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap.
- Strong visual sense and attention to typography, spacing, colors, layouts, and consistency.
- Ability to create clean, modern, user-friendly interfaces; good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating website and UI/UX work.
Preferred skills
- Hands-on WordPress experience; knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders; basic JavaScript and PHP; familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Understanding of basic SEO, website performance, and accessibility.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, DeFi, crypto, or SaaS is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows is an advantage.
