About the Role
We are looking for a creative and versatile
Web Designer
to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
designing website interfaces
, maintaining the
brand visual identity
and
creating visual assets
for digital and marketing communication, including social media, email marketing, presentations, print materials, and
video content
.
You will ensure strong visual consistency across all channels while applying user-centered design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update website layouts, pages, and visual components.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to define layouts, user flows, and interactions before final design.
- Maintain brand guidelines (visual identity, typography, color palette, graphic assets).
- Create visual assets for marketing and communication materials (emailing, presentations, flyers, brochures, banners, etc.).
- Design visuals for social media platforms (posts, ads, stories, banners).
- Design visual elements for video content (thumbnails, storyboards, templates, visual overlays).
- Ensure visual consistency across website, marketing, social media, email, print, and video content.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, communication & development teams.
- Adapt designs to multiple formats, platforms, and devices.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and digital best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- **More than 5 years**
- as a Web Designer or Digital / Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, branding, and marketing assets.
- Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Figma
- …
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of
- UX/UI principles beyond visual design.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
- Basic knowledge of
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or CMS platforms
- such as WordPress.
- **Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory.**
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual sensibility.
- Nice to Have
- **French proficiency is a plus.**
- Familiarity with
- SEO basics
- to ensure designs support discoverability.
- Experience working with video or motion design teams.
- Familiarity with video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
