Web Designer

About This Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Web Designer (UI/UX) to join our Digital Solutions Team as part of our ongoing product enhancement and digital transformation initiatives. The team is focused on delivering intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric web experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring high usability and alignment with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing, user-friendly website layouts, landing pages, and web applications based on business and user requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across various devices and browsers.
• Maintain and enhance UI/UX standards, design systems, and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and working with cross-functional teams.
