Key Responsibilities
- Website/Tool Administration: Configure, manage, and administer all aspects of website and application tools to ensure proper functionality and accessibility.
- Content Development & Management: Develop and manage content for multiple websites and tools, serving as a key source for information dissemination and decision-making.
- Editorial Activities: Perform editorial duties, including gathering, researching, and creating content that enhances the website’s value.
- Customer Feedback & Improvement: Seek out and engage customers to gather feedback for website enhancements and ensure the user experience remains optimized.
- Negotiation & Content Acquisition: Locate, negotiate, and acquire content that aligns with the website's goals and user needs.
- Web Design & Standards: Ensure that web design aligns with current standards, including HTML and web graphics types, while adhering to production management best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Build searches, reports, and dashboards, and write custom scripts, reports, and programs as needed to establish and track website metrics.
- Architecture Documentation & Standards: Prepare architecture documentation, and assist in the design and implementation of website standards, tools, and methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in website or application management, web design, and UI/UX development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, web graphics, and production management standards.
- Experience in creating and managing dashboards, searches, reports, and custom scripts.
- Proficiency with common UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Ability to gather and research information to improve site content and usability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather and integrate customer feedback.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
