The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role oversees warehouse operations supporting the TODA application’s product ordering and fulfillment process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching products and manage inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving, including movement of goods for order fulfillment.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage; assign staff tasks and monitor performance.
- Enforce safety procedures and optimize workflows to meet service and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams for timely, accurate deliveries.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills and experience leading warehouse or logistics teams.
- Hands-on shipping and receiving experience, including checking, documenting, and routing incoming and outgoing goods.
- Practical material handling and inventory control skills.
- Safe and certified forklift operation skills or experience with similar warehouse equipment.
- Relevant warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations experience; e-commerce or trading experience is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Doha, with attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Odoo experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or a logistics, supply chain, or related diploma is advantageous.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 2,200–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is on-site and in person in Doha, Qatar.
