Wealth Planning Director

Provide holistic financial planning advice across investments, retirement, protection and tax planning.

Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth and complex clients.

Create and implement tailored financial plans aligned to clients' objectives.

Conduct regular client reviews and maintain comprehensive planning documentation.

Monitor client portfolios and ensure ongoing suitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providers and strategic partners.

Ensure all client files and documentation remain compliant with regulatory and company standards.

Support and mentor Wealth Planners and Senior Wealth Planners within the team.

Act as a technical reference point for complex advice cases.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of advice quality, client experience and planning processes.

We are interested in speaking with experienced advisers who combine exceptional technical expertise with a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Essential requirements:

Chartered Financial Planner status or CISI Level 6 qualification (or equivalent).

Minimum of five years' experience advising high-net-worth clients.

Significant experience within a Private Wealth or Financial Adviser environment.

Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines.

A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing others.

Excellent communication, relationship management and commercial skills.

Desirable experience

Experience advising internationally mobile or expatriate clients.

Specialist qualifications in areas such as pensions, trusts, estate planning or international tax.

Degree-level education.
