Responsibilities:
- Account Opening & Maintenance: End-to-end processing of new and existing accounts, documentation validation, OFAC screening, custodian setup, fee configuration, and data integrity management.
- Asset Movement & Transfers: Processing of internal, external, and complex transfers, stock gifts, and cost basis validation.
- Cash Management & Banking Operations: Posting of cash, ACH, check, and wire activity; daily and monthly reconciliations; wire investigations.
- Billing & Fee Administration: Fee setup, maintenance, accruals, collections, adjustments, and reporting.
- Securities Processing & Corporate Actions: Corporate action elections, class action processing, settlements, and documentation.
- Reconciliations & Reporting: GL variance research, settlement reporting, house account and vault reconciliations.
- Operational Controls & Compliance: IRS and regulatory compliance, SOP maintenance, audit support, escheatment, BCM activities.
- Custodian & Vendor Administration: User access, platform administration, vendor monitoring, and change management.
Education and Experience
- 2–8+ years of relevant operations experience depending on grade level
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills/Knowledge
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite productivity applications (e.g., Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Strong written and oral communication skill.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting strict deadlines, and working well in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
