Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee client monetary transactions, especially domestic and international wire transfers.
• Process high-value financial transactions accurately, promptly, and compliantly while maintaining controls and service.
• Troubleshoot complex scenarios, assess risk, analyze information from multiple sources, and manage transaction work through resolution.

Basic qualification

• At least two years of related experience.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• A bachelor’s degree and experience in wire transfers, monetary movement, payment processing, treasury, banking, or wealth management are preferred.
• Preferred capabilities include analytical investigation, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, prioritization, operational risk and controls knowledge, integrity, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems is preferred.

Working hours

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. initially; beginning in November, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time.

Location expectations

• The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
