Job Details
**Role:** Team Leader – Sales (**Personal Loans and Credit Cards**)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive personal loan sales and achieve team targets.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of **8–10 Sales Officers**.
- Motivate and mentor team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales performance and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- **Minimum 2+ years of UAE banking experience** in personal loan sales.
- Proven leadership ability with experience in team management.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
- **Preferred:** Bilingual (English + Any other like Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, Arabic etc).
