DPFM Clinic is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care across specialties.

As we continue to expand our mental health services, we are looking for a DHA Licensed Psychiatrist to join our team on a

part-time, revenue-share basis

.

This opportunity is ideal for Psychiatrists seeking

flexible working days and hours

while building their patient base within a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

Our multidisciplinary team works closely together to provide integrated care that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist with strong clinical experience in managing a wide range of psychiatric conditions across different patient populations.

UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Manage patients with a wide range of mental health conditions.
  • Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications.
  • Provide follow-up care and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk management when required.
  • Participate in professional development and clinic initiatives.

Requirements

  • DHA License as Psychiatrist (mandatory).
  • Specialist/Consultant qualification in Psychiatry.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth.
