Key responsibilities
- Handle daily operations across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, Trendyol, and other marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and product information.
- Monitor purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on fulfillment.
- Track daily sales, product performance, and marketplace trends; monitor marketing activity and platform performance.
- Monitor stock availability, coordinate replenishment, and update prices, discounts, and promotions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketplace representatives and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and optimized marketplace information, process orders accurately and on time, and identify sales improvement opportunities.
Required skills and experience
- 2–4 years of e-commerce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of product listings, order processing, inventory, and online sales.
- Ability to multitask across platforms and brands; strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Carrefour, Talabat, Trendyol, or similar marketplaces is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAE and KSA e-commerce markets is preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,800–3,000 per month.
