Overview
- Operate and monitor the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in compliance with SOPs and water quality standards while optimizing raw material usage and minimizing wastage.
- Monitor process parameters via
Scada
- , conduct weekly RO conductivity and pressure trend analysis, and implement approved corrective actions.
- Manage water quality non‑conformances, including investigation, CAPA, documentation, and reporting.
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities including
- RO membrane, carbon media, water/air filter replacement
- , and
CIP
- for WTP and fillers.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and performance reports.
- Ensure complete

- Calibrate portable and online instruments (pH, conductivity, turbidity, SWAN analyzers) and support external calibrations, audits, and inspections.
