The Zanzibar Collection; a portfolio of boutique luxury resorts in Zanzibar; is seeking an experienced and hands-on
Water Plant Manager
to oversee and maintain our water treatment operations across our properties.
This is a key on-site role responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of:
1.
Sewage treatment & grey water production systems
2.
Drinking water production
3.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) water plants
4.
Water quality monitoring and system maintenance
Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to plant operations and preventative maintenance.
Previous experience within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment will be a significant advantage.
Requirements
✔ Proven experience managing water treatment and RO systems
✔ Knowledge of sewage treatment and grey water recycling processes
✔ Strong maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities
✔ Ability to work independently and manage on-site operations effectively
✔ Hospitality or resort experience preferred
