Water Proofing Technician

About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply waterproofing materials such as membranes, coatings, sealants, and chemicals.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing cracks or damages.
• Install waterproofing systems for roofs, bathrooms, basements, water tanks, and foundations.
• Conduct leak detection and repair works.
• Ensure proper curing and finishing of waterproofing applications.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and durability.
• Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers for work execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in waterproofing works.
• Knowledge of different waterproofing methods and materials.
• Ability to read basic drawings or instructions (preferred).
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and outdoor conditions.
• Basic understanding of safety standards.
