- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for unusual activity, ensuring all areas remain secure and properly maintained.
- Possess basic maintenance knowledge, including plumbing and general repair work, to address minor facility-related issues effectively.
- Operate surveillance equipment and maintain accurate, detailed logs of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
