About This Role

Overview Of The Role:

• As a Watch Technician, you will be responsible for providing after-sales service through professional repair and maintenance of Watches and Clocks. Your role supports the retail division by ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service, thereby contributing to service revenue generation. You will handle technical assessments, documentations, and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You Will Do: Technical Repairs

• Perform professional and technical repairs on Watches and Clocks.
• Verify and monitor quality control checks during repair processes.
• Consolidate technical issues arising in the course of repairs.
• Follow up and manage technical documentation related to repairs and maintenance.

Service Targets

• Achieve the set service targets for repair efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Technical Assessment

• Provide technical estimates about the authenticity and reparability of Watches.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Technical expertise in watch and clock repair.
• Ability to achieve targets and performance indicators consistently.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Completion of 10th Standard education.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Service Technician role specifically within the watch service industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and MS Outlook.
• Sound knowledge of industry practices and standards related to watch servicing.
