Warranty Administrator
Role Overview
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of warranty claims in the dealership.
This role ensures that warranty claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner, following manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
The Warranty Administrator acts as a liaison between the service department, customers, and manufacturers to ensure that warranty issues are resolved effectively while maximizing reimbursements and maintaining compliance with warranty standards.
