Role overview
Warehouse Worker in a practical, team-oriented environment, handling materials accurately, safely, and on time.
Responsibilities
- Locate requested stock and deliver it accurately and on time; receive deliveries, verify documentation, and stock goods.
- Load, unload, sort, store, and move materials between receiving, production, and storage areas.
- Use schedules, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine distribution needs; take inventory and flag reorder needs for approval.
- Check order and delivery documents; operate forklifts and other powered vehicles, including elevated storage equipment where required.
- Keep storage areas organized and follow safety, health, environmental, and company procedures.
Qualifications and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; basic understanding of general aspects of the job.
- Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks accurately with attention to detail.
- Forklift or material-handling equipment certification, or ability to obtain it if required.
- 0–1 year of general work experience.
