Warehouse Team Leader with e-commerce experience

Job Summary

Leadership and Inventory

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff and provide guidance, training, and support.
• Delegate tasks and manage resources to complete warehouse activities on time.
• Oversee receiving, storing, issuing, counting, and reconciling inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.

Order Fulfilment and Operations

• Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor order status, prioritize tasks, meet delivery deadlines, and update customer portals.
• Enforce company procedures, safety regulations, warehouse organization, cleanliness, and best practices.

Equipment and Quality

• Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards and ensure corrective action.
• Maintain product quality and conduct inspections to address deficiencies.

Communication

• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, customer service, management, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Three to five years of warehouse operations experience and one to two years in a supervisory role.
• At least one year of e-commerce experience.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Amazon and Noon.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Employment and Pay

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work location is in person in Dubai.
