Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our building materials business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, inventory control, logistics, deliveries, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth operational processes to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the warehouse and building materials yard.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and transportation schedules.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials to customers and project sites.
- Supervise warehouse staff, drivers, helpers, and loading teams.
• Maintain Drivers Coordination
- Conduct regular stock inspections and inventory audits.
- Maintain proper records of stock movement, delivery notes, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
