1. Daily Labor Management
Supervise and manage daily work of warehouse laborers, arrange reasonable daily work schedules, assign loading, unloading, sorting and tidying tasks.
Track staff work status, standardize on-site operation behaviors, ensure daily warehouse work proceeds efficiently and orderly, and improve overall team work efficiency.
2. Inventory Inspection & Management
Conduct daily, weekly and regular inventory checks of all warehouse goods.
Verify the consistency between physical inventory and system data, record inventory differences timely, sort out damaged, expired or abnormal goods.
Maintain accurate and complete inventory data, ensure standardized inventory management and zero confusion of goods storage.
3. Shipping & Delivery Management
Be fully responsible for the whole process management of warehouse delivery work.
Verify order information, check goods quantity and specifications before shipment, supervise goods packing and loading work.
Arrange delivery plans reasonably, ensure all orders are shipped on time, follow up shipment conditions, and solve on-site delivery problems timely to avoid shipment delay and order errors.
4. Warehouse Goods Safety Management
Take charge of the overall safety of warehouse goods and working environment.
Standardize goods stacking and storage standards to prevent goods damage, loss, moisture and breakage.
Regularly inspect warehouse safety hazards, implement fire prevention, anti-theft and damage prevention measures, establish safety management norms, and ensure all warehouse goods are stored safely and completely.
5. Daily Warehouse Operation Supervision
Optimize daily warehouse operation processes, keep the warehouse tidy, clean and well-organized.
Cooperate with sales and logistics teams to docking order demands, summarize daily warehouse work problems, put forward improvement suggestions, and continuously optimize warehouse operational efficiency and management standards.
Job Requirements
1,Bachelor's degree.
2,Fluent in English.
3,Prior experience in dispatch/shipping.
4,Currently residing in Dubai (International City is highly preferred).
5,Proven ability to manage labor/workers.
6,Basic computer skills.
7,Minimum of 1 year of working experience in Dubai.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per hour
