Warehouse Storekeeper

About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in inventory management, organizing storage spaces, and accurately recording data using ERP systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are handled, stored, and tracked efficiently to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Control: Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counting (Jard) to ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• ERP Data Entry: Accurately input all incoming and outgoing goods, stock transfers, and adjustments into the ERP system in real-time.
• Warehouse Organization: Implement and maintain an efficient warehouse layout. Ensure all materials are properly categorized, labeled, and stored in their designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Receiving & Dispatch: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity against purchase orders and manage the dispatching process for outgoing materials.
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of delivery notes, invoices, and warehouse reports.
• Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven work experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• ERP Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using ERP software (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of inventory management processes and "Jard" (Auditing) procedures.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize large volumes of items and optimize warehouse flow.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical tasks associated with warehouse work.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and stock counting.
