Warehouse Storekeeper

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Inventory & Stock Control:** Perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle counting (Jard) to ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• **ERP Data Entry:** Accurately input all incoming and outgoing goods, stock transfers, and adjustments into the **ERP system** in real-time.
• **Warehouse Organization:** Implement and maintain an efficient warehouse layout. Ensure all materials are properly categorized, labeled, and stored in their designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• **Receiving & Dispatch:** Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity against purchase orders and manage the dispatching process for outgoing materials.
• **Documentation:** Maintain precise records of delivery notes, invoices, and warehouse reports.
• **Safety & Maintenance:** Ensure the warehouse environment is kept clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Experience:** Proven work experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• **ERP Proficiency:** Strong hands-on experience using **ERP software** (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• **Technical Skills:** Deep understanding of inventory management processes and "Jard" (Auditing) procedures.
• **Organizational Skills:** Exceptional ability to organize large volumes of items and optimize warehouse flow.
• **Physical Fitness:** Ability to handle physical tasks associated with warehouse work.
• **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy in data entry and stock counting.
