Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 months of related experience or training (or equivalent combination)
• Basic reading and writing skills for instructions and correspondence
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and customers
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve routine problems
• Physical ability to:
• Stand, walk, and use hands regularly
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Perform movements like climbing, balancing, stooping, or kneeling
• Comfort working in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, outdoor exposure)
• Ability to use computers and warehouse equipment
• Forklift operation capability (training required if applicable)
