Our People Campus supports multiple warehouse operations across North Yorkshire, including sites in YO8 5BL, LS25 6JH and LS25 6PT .

We are recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Warehouse Operatives . Whether you're balancing family commitments, studies, another role, or simply looking for a better work-life balance, this opportunity gives you greater control over when you work. We offer flexibility around start times and working days, with contracted hours rather than a zero-hours contract.

Please note: Own transport is essential due to the location of our sites and varying shift patterns. As part of the People Campus model, candidates must be flexible to work across our Selby and Sherburn locations in line with business demand.

Candidates must be available to work a minimum shift length of 4 hours per day and be able to work within our operating window of 06:00 to 22:00 .

Able to work well in a team and follow instructions

Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work

Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately

Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely

Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
