Warehouse and inventory operations
- Act as the primary operational contact for the 3PL and monitor service levels, processes, and Hankook requirements.
- Establish operating procedures, monitor performance, drive corrective actions, conduct reviews, and escalate recurring issues.
- Coordinate warehouse capacity and operating needs according to business volumes.
- Monitor inventory receipts, transfers, allocations, dispatches, returns, damages, and adjustments.
- Align system inventory with physical stock; coordinate cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor slow-moving, aging, damaged, and obsolete stock and provide inventory reports and analysis.
Order fulfilment and logistics
- Coordinate customer order fulfilment with Sales, confirm stock availability, and arrange order release with the 3PL.
- Monitor orders from receipt through dispatch and prioritize urgent or strategically important orders with Sales Management.
- Highlight shortages, delays, and operational constraints; ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery with 3PL and external logistics providers; track shipments and follow up on delays.
- Coordinate inbound shipments and stock availability with MEA/HQ Supply Chain and help resolve customer delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for inventory movements and shipments.
Systems, performance, and compliance
- Record warehouse transactions in Hankook ERP/SAP and relevant 3PL systems; reconcile system records with 3PL inventory reports.
- Monitor data integrity, update stock movements and order status, and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
- Establish and monitor 3PL KPIs and SLAs, including accuracy, processing time, on-time dispatch, damage/loss, and response and resolution times.
- Identify process improvement, cost optimization, and customer service opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with agreed processes, contractual requirements, local regulations, product handling, and warehouse safety standards.
- Maintain controls against inventory loss, damage, and unauthorized movements, and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Five to eight years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations experience.
- Experience managing 3PL or outsourced warehouse operations is essential.
- Experience in a sales or distribution environment is preferred.
- Experience in automotive, tyre, FMCG, industrial, or other distribution businesses is advantageous.
- ERP systems experience is required; SAP experience is mandatory.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
