Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution, and logistics to support efficiency, cost control, and accurate order fulfillment.
Develop operational strategies, optimize processes, manage resources and teams, and uphold quality, safety, and inventory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop warehouse strategies, policies, and performance improvement plans; oversee receiving through dispatch and order fulfillment.
- Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, processing times, and KPIs; manage budgets, costs, labor, equipment, and resources.
- Control inventory losses and discrepancies; optimize layout, capacity, material flow, and space utilization.
- Lead warehouse teams and implement WMS, automation, and digital solutions.
- Coordinate with procurement, transportation, sales, and supply chain teams; establish procedures and ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Oversee audits, stocktaking, reviews, corrective actions, and logistics provider performance.
- Manage operational risks, reporting, forecasts, continuous improvement, facility planning, and warehouse expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Extensive warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain leadership experience, including large facilities, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, distribution, and supply chain operations.
- Experience with WMS, ERP platforms, and operational reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of quality management, risk control, workplace safety, and operational compliance; ability to manage multiple priorities and improve operations.
- Logistics, supply chain, or operations certifications are advantageous.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
