Role overview

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize systems and meet business needs.
• Analyze data to improve system functionality and efficiency; train team members on system use.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; maintain system documentation and reports.
• Identify potential issues and risks and create and maintain dashboards using SQL.

Education and experience
