Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems for business needs.
• Analyze data to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Train team members on the systems and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain system documentation and reports; identify and address issues and risks.
• Create and maintain dashboards using SQL.

Education and experience

• A bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience, is required.
• At least one year of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role, is required.
