Dispatch management
- Plan and execute daily dispatches against sales orders, verifying the correct product, size, shade, and quantity.
- Prepare and verify challans, invoices, and e-way bills; coordinate vehicle placement and loading with transporters.
- Supervise safe tile packing and stacking to minimize breakage in transit.
- Maintain dispatch records and share daily status with sales and accounts teams.
- Coordinate with dealers and transporters to resolve breakage and short-delivery complaints.
Dealer merchandising and sampling
- Visit dealer stores on a planned schedule to set up and refresh displays, panels, and sample boards.
- Deliver and arrange samples, catalogues, and point-of-purchase materials for new launches and current designs.
- Ensure displays follow visual standards and current collections are prominently placed.
- Gather dealer and staff feedback on product movement, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
Display audits
- Audit display condition, product placement, pricing and branding visibility, and sample availability.
- Record findings with photographs, flag damaged or outdated displays, follow up on corrective actions, and report results to the sales manager.
Stock audit and warehouse upkeep
- Conduct the annual physical stock audit and reconcile warehouse stock with system records by design, size, grade, and shade or batch.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged stock, and slow- or non-moving inventory.
- Support accounts with stock valuation and corrective measures.
- Keep the warehouse organized for quick picking and maintain safe handling and cleanliness.
Pay
- Pay is ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month.
Work setting
