Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:

• Relevant four-year degree preferred.
• Strong leadership experience, including 7+ years of progressive operating responsibility, including leadership of warehouse operations and inventory operations.
• 5 - 10 years previous management experience in warehouse/distribution environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team.
• Experience and knowledge with applicable federal regulations pertaining to the company's business operations including OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with warehouse software.
• Strong Word and Excel experience required.
• Ability to manage competing demands, frequent change, delays and unexpected events.
• Ability to interact with all functional areas and organizational levels, often in stressful situations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills.
