Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics and recommend efficiencies; monitor controlled-condition assets and support planning and forecasting.
• Conduct QA monitoring for cGMP compliance, implement distribution plans, and provide asset processing support.
• Track tasks and deliverables, apply SOPs and data requirements, and monitor regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate vendors, prepare performance reports, assist with inventory management, and provide warehouse continuity support.
• Support program formulation, policy planning, coordination, and inspection activities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
• Working knowledge of inventory management and asset tracking, with strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Federal government contract support experience, cGMP or regulated storage familiarity, ILS/IPS experience, and warehouse or inventory system experience are preferred.
