We’re Hiring: Warehouse Manager – Home Furnishing & FMCG
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in **Home Furnishing and FMCG warehouse operations**, capable of managing complex logistics, large inventories, and high daily throughput.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee **end-to-end warehouse operations** (inbound, storage, dispatch)
- Manage **high-volume inventory flow** with accuracy and efficiency
- Lead and supervise warehouse teams to ensure **productivity & safety**
- Implement **process improvements** to optimize space, cost, and turnaround time
- Ensure adherence to **quality, compliance, and safety standards**
- Coordinate with supply chain, retail, and logistics teams for smooth operations
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in **warehouse management (Home Furnishing / FMCG preferred)**
- Strong exposure to **high-volume business operations**
- Ability to manage **large teams and multiple stakeholders**
- Hands-on experience with **WMS / inventory systems**
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
