Hiring experienced person responsible for managing warehouse operations and dispatching goods on time.
Ensures correct items are sent, drivers are scheduled efficiently, and loading is well coordinated.
Must be computer-literate and experienced in warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee **daily warehouse operations**
- Ensure **timely and accurate dispatch** of goods to customer vessels
- Manage and maintain **driver and loading schedules** to ensure maximum efficiency
- Verify that **correct items and quantities** are being prepared and shipped
- Coordinate with operations team to meet delivery requirements
- Ensure warehouse layout is efficient and complies with safety and operational standards
- Train and supervise warehouse and dispatch staff
- Maintain accurate records for shipments, deliveries, and warehouse stock
- Operate and maintain warehouse software and systems
- Implement and enforce healthy, safety, environment and compliance protocols
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- warehouse management: 3 years (Required)
