Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of warehouse experience in a building materials, hardware, construction materials, industrial products, or trading company.
  • At least 5 years in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse leadership role.
  • Proven experience in setting up new warehouses, central warehouses, and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong experience with ERP/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).

  • Strong knowledge of building materials and inventory classification.
  • Warehouse planning, design, and setup expertise.
  • Multi-site warehouse management.
  • Inventory planning and stock control.
  • ERP/WMS software proficiency.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position based at the Central Warehouse with regular travel to all company warehouses, branch stores, and project locations.
  • Responsible for overseeing approximately 50,000 sq. ft.of warehouse operations, with responsibilities expanding as the Company grows.
  • May be required to work extended hours during warehouse setup projects, stock audits, inventory counts, or peak operational periods.
  • Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience

  • Warehouse: 5 years (Preferred)
